Three new interview show types:
AI Use Case Walkthrough: Pick ONE specific AI deployment inside your company and walk us through it end to end. Not "here's all the cool stuff we're doing." One workflow. What it does, what external tools you used, what it replaced, what broke along the way, and where it sits today. Bring screenshots, numbers, real before/after. Our audience wants to copy your homework, not hear a pitch. This is for publicly available AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot and Gemini.
Measuring AI ROI: Show your work. We want the actual math behind one AI initiative. What KPIs you tracked, what baseline you compared against, hours saved, dollars moved, what your CFO needed to sign off on. If you can't share the exact dollar figure, share the methodology. The goal is to give our audience a framework they can run inside their own org Monday morning. No fluffy "productivity gains" allowed.
AI Change Management: The human side. How did you actually get people to use the thing? We want the messy version. Who resisted, who became your champion, what training looked like, what you killed after 30 days because nobody touched it. Org chart shifts, incentive changes, the awkward all-hands moments. Bring the real story, not the LinkedIn version.
Pre-recorded option overview:
1. Date -- Choose a time that works for your schedule in the calendar on this page.
2. Show Prep -- After receiving your guest info, we'll shoot you over episode details before our recording time.
3. Episode recording -- We'll record the video stream in one take. We'll repurpose this video recording as the podcast and other short-form content.
4. Episode release -- We'll likely still "release" your episode at our normal time, which is 7:30 AM CST. This way, our normal live audience can still interact with your content as it's released.
